This certification gives managers the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to oversee the safe storage, preparation, and service of food in the workplace. The Food Safety Manager Certification course educates managers and staff according to the FDA Food Code. Learning these concepts will help control the cost and risk associated with food-borne illness and provide important preventative measures for keeping food safe.
This course is offered in two formats: instructor-led and online. Upon successful completion of this course, there is a final exam to earn your accredited certificate. Don’t panic if you haven’t taken an exam for a while. We offer a free retake.
