Food For Thought Episode #5: Allergens

Food for Thought, a food safety video series aired on Riverbender.com’s Our Daily Show! on the first Friday of every month, features a variety of food safety conversations and demonstrations by food safety expert, Linda Petterson of Safe Food Specialist.
